Wowza... I fish Pa also ...but the best I have ever caught was 15 in.

Is fish the SE region, but i have read that those in the NW region are bigger.

Keep in mind as the light changes throughout the day so does a fishes vision.

Kinda you going from outside to inside ... that's partly why there is a slow down in the bites throughout the day......
