I have two lights like rango has above and I clamp them to a pvc "T" pole.
I secure the pole to the grab rail on my console with velcro straps. That works pretty good for me. -

You just have to do like rango and the rest of us, carry more batteries. When we hook up all our chargers the meter really speeds up.:D
