Ugly jigs are pretty with 2 pounders hanging on them. You ought to go ahead and put a picture of that jig on here so we can decide how ugly it is.

I am proud to see that I'm not the only one with this idea. I am preparing a boat for sinking. I plan on putting bamboo all around it and make a resort for winter and summer fishing. Good luck

My favorite is the "STORM" electric knife. Has long cord and feels great in your hand. Comes with short blaces but the longer Mr. Twister blades fit it also. Found mine at ACADEMY

Does anybody on here fish Lake of the Pines? If so, have the crappie started biting? It also sounds like only a couple of ramps that have enough water to launch.

Skip, Can a fellow put in at Ragtown and get out of the ramp? A few months back I put in but couldn't go anywhere. Do you ever fish out of there?

Need info on how to fish for fall crappie. Caught a bunch in spring fishing stumps in 12 to 20' water. Should fish be back there in fall? Also putting out bamboo piles in this area along a creek...
