What is the lowest water temperature any of you would try spider rigging in. What baits would you recommend?

Are they aware of this? If so do you know if officers are writing tickets for no license even though its nearly impossible to get one?

I know I need the resident hunt/fish combo. I suspect some issue on the states server just wondering if anyone else had experienced the same issue yesterday.

Is anyone experiencing issues with the in.gov license site? I have been trying to purchase a new license since 4:00pm(as I do every 4/1) with no luck. My neighbor has tried as well without success....
