Flicker shads run great at slow speeds. I usually use #5's and sometimes #6's, especially in dirty water.

The distance back for depth starts where the line enters the water. The angle wont have much effect on it.

The DeShano's are in, can't wait to fish the trees again! Although we may have to do a little pike fishing to get the Off Shore boards wet lol.

I've been using Maui Jim's Banyans for years and love them. You can send them in when the lenses get too scratched up and they will replace the lenses for around $70.
