I have researched this and there is no scientific data to support fish are affected by the transducer frequencies we use. It is similar to why we can't hear a dog whistle.

It used to be my anchors (I carried 3 up to 40 lbs). Now I use Spot Lock with my MK Terrova. Nothing better to pin down some fish and just focus on catching instead of running the trolling motor.
