nice looking fish man. i was down there a couple weeks ago and got one nice largie and some crappie. the crappie were just starting to move up into the canals though so it wasn't super.

yep, our next (and last) tournament is labor day weekend on lake washington. we are voting for lakes for next year at our next meeting, i don't know if you will be able to vote though....but it seems...

i know how you feel about the boat thing. not only at the blast off, but you should've seen it out on riffe after noon each day :eek:

yep, riffe a month ago and i had one at the potholes this weekend. got 6th at both :p

I LOVE MCCOY!!!! i've never had a problem with it! i've caught many big smallies & largies on 6lb and it's never snaped on me. it's the only line i use.

crappie are on washington....far away from where you fish bpm, sorry to say. gonna go to roesiger tomorrow instead, see if i can get some slabs there.

oh,and i'm probably going out saturday morning as well....gonna try to find some crappie, i've been hitting a few from the shore...

i like to use 3" tubes with 1/8oz gamakatsu jig heads inserted inside. i just fish it like a grub. haven't got a tube fish this year....or beaver fish....going out after school today, hope it's calm...

it's an interesting spot...i think i'll fish the north side next time.

we got about 5 smallies, biggest was around 14". cranks, hula grubs, and dropshots.
