Caught a few today that were keepers. All out of 4 feet of water. One 13 incher that was full of eggs. All out of spring creek off the bank.

I fished with a friend and it was a tough day. We caught 8 keepers out of brush around Jefferson Springs.

I went back to my spot an caught a 14.5 inch white crappie. It is my biggest crappie to date. I caught it on a BGBS (Bobby Garland Baby Shad) in blue ice color on a 1/16 ounce chartruese jighead.

They were in 5-15 feet. There is a spring in the back and the water is 54-55 degrees back there in the winter.
