Well, sold the boat and the yak to trade up for baby #2 this summer. So.....since I don't know where to catch crappie from the banks at Smithville, thought I would try to catch some bluegill - maybe...

I am going to give it a shot, did not want to disturb the water for the other fisherman there.....plus the cables are all over the docks.

Dester beat me to it, I am new to Smithville, but I believe that both marinas allow dock fishing. I only fish Camp Branch so far, not sure if the pass is good at both.

I don't own any expensive rods or reels, my cheap stuff catches fish just the same
