I'm with clfarms, I couldn't find a possession limit anywhere. There is for waterfowl but I say load up the freezer with fish, there is no where that says you cannot

Fish still hitting good at Carlyle. My buddy and I had 25 before he had skate out to go work. They're still shallow and the quality of fish is there

Just tie a drop shot weight on and use snelled hooks, kind of like the Kentucky lake rig, just without hooks tied directly to the main line
