regarding attachment of a transducer to my pontoon boat. Do you know of a glue or epoxy that would be strong enough to attach to aluminum?

My pontoon does not have a welded plate on one of the pontoons so how do I mount the transducer? I tried on the transom but it wouldn't read while running.
