Welcome to the Roseville area. I live in Citrus Heights by about a mile. Yes I know where the Sutter Bypass is. It is about 30-40 mins away to the West of Yuba City. A lot of crappie in that area...

Bummer. I haven't done any Crappie fishing in So Cal Lakes but you will still have some options I'm sure.
