As you know, I know absolutely nothing about working on any engine. However , how would it sound with the cover on it? Maybe some of the noise is just because the cover is not muffling it.

Haven't been on a cruise. Hope to make one. I'm interest in a fall cruise up in the north east US/southeast Canada. The say the color is beautiful. Enjoy your cruise and even more so your retirement....
