There is a camp ground but not sure what all it has. Bathrooms I don't think it has showers. I think you can go to a sardis lake web sight and look up Pats Bluff and it will tell you what all it has....

Nice ramp with plenty of water.
My new favorite spot.
several large boats were launched there along with a few pontoon boats.
Not sure where clear creek is but this ramp is is on the west side... -

Try Pats Bluff.
Good ramp and they have a fish cleaning station there also.
