where exactly is elbow creek at the arkabutla spillway? is it right there next to the big pier that sticks out or is that somethin else? also how do u get to it?

i went out the other day and caught a nice mess of crappie on a 2 inch, solid white, twister-tail grub on a white head with a red hook, both from bass pro shop.
