Went out Friday a week ago, fish finder said 50.0-52.6* I know its right because when it was out of the water it said 46* which was right..... What temp is spawn, early 60's?

Its down by Ripley Ohio... Its a very nice creek that runs up off the river... I have honestly talked to 2 different people that have fished it for years and claim to have caught 17 inch crappie...

From what Ive seen, you just gotta be on the water when the fish are biting... there can be 20 boats there on a saturday and catch 40 fish total, then the next day 10 boats go and catch 100 fish........

I think thats the one everyone uses is right there at boars head....

If I were to drive to deer creek and fish.. (from the bank) where would be a good place to go and catch 15 or 20?
