I have been there 3 Times and only seen 1 snake. If you go early you will not see them. Feb or mar.

We must have it just right when we went down there. We went the first week in April. The first day was kind of tough, but we got limits the next two days. The following two days we caught 40 each...

We are staying at Boyette's (lower basin), but fish different parts of the lake depending on the weather.

Headed down to reelfoot on Thursday for a week to get away from this crap too.

No baitshop on Brodway in Huntington anymore. It has been gone about 2 years now. Buds doesn't open until like 9 in the morning either. I wouldn't waste your time coming through Huntington.
