Well not that easy, the ramps are too narrow to turn your boat around and the walkway is 6-8 ft over your boat with a continuous aluminum rail all the way down to the docks.

I got to say the new ramps at Harney are horrible for people who launch by themselves. The walkways out to the floating docks are so high off the water that your boat will drift up under the metal...
