Just wanted to say hello to you guys and let you know that I made it through last year, and doing well this year.

I'm just getting back into the routine of fishing, and getting caught up on honey...

What lake were you on.., Parker looked fairly calm most of the day..., well at least from 8 stories up and a mile or so away..

Just a few this morning before the water started to boil from the heat.. A few for the cooler and off the water early..

How did the amateur division work out..?

Same here as for running my motor when I need to, I use Lake Hunter, only a few miles from me.. I've seen people fishing the pads on the west side, and south..

But I haven't fished the lake..

If Tenoroc, must be Lake 3, that's the only one I know of that has a hole that deep..

I use to fish and catch a lot of nice specs in those three canals you mention south of and connecting Lake John. Putting in at the small ramp at Peterson Park off of Cleveland Heights.

Lakeland here also.. It sounds like most of the places have been mentioned that I've Crappie fished locally..., Tenoroc, Saddle Creek, Lake Parker, Kissimmee, Hatchinhaw, Crooked...

Redfish on the half shell..., if they were smaller... Only one allowed down south still unfortunately..

As for myself, I do love fishing with the Orlando based guys, and the Slabfest, and Slabtogether Tournaments, and get togethers.. Though it's a haul for me as most of the get togethers are 75 - 125...

On another note..., I just got the results of a recent CT today from having gone through STGIII SCC Tonsils Cancer in January 2009... Four types of chemo, 35 daily rads sessions of sixteen weeks...

Harold, I lost 97# in all.., gained about 20 back since December, LOL. I dropped a few clothes sizes for sure, but and XL works best as I like them loose.. Depends on the shirt....

Just wanted to thank everyone for the thoughts and prayers for Shelley and myself most of last year..., that Whipple was a bear.

But with the surgery in December, all is well to date, and...
