The pet stores in Shallotte and I assume the ones in North Myrtle stock crickets. Brim and crappie are being caught on crickets, beetle spins and roadrunners are always good as well. GPS 9201...

Anyone night stalking this weekend? Want to fish this weekend, not crazy about being on the water alone.

I live here on the coast in Shallotte and would like to learn to fish the tributaries. I understand there are some good racoon perch to be found also.

I have a map, I'll bring it with me.

I fished the Badin stalk was my first and not my last. I plan on being there, trying to learn. Met a great group of guys and I'm sure to meet more this week.

Got off to a bad start, launched the boat only to discover a fuel line leak at the motor fitting, after a trip to Walmart finally set off. Fishing was slow to start, finally found crappie in 2 to 6...

I got mine thru Walmart on line, rod and reel around $20 to $24, depending on length. they shipped them to my local store free, about 4 days.

I saw one of your earlier posts re: a certain lake known for yellow perch. I know which lake this is, was wondering if you had any success? Perch fishing usually picks up in the spring, any idea when...
