Before they droped the lake I would fish the lights off the houseboats and the dusk to dawn lights on the ends of the piers. Not been back since the water is back up, hope its still as good.

Sounds like a normal day at Prarie Creek Tom, Thats a tough lake to fish on a good day. You need to try it again when the ice is gone.

Drove thru Summit Lake Park today still a lot of open water, backs of the bays and coves had ice and fishermen. The weather forcast for this weekend not good for ice.
