Forgot to add to this post that the awful smell is likely the byproduct of the bacteria going to work on dead matter in deeper water.

Also how did the actual lake itself look? Thinking of stopping by this week to fish it.

Perhaps a thermocline has set up and the water coming out of the lake is un oxygenated water from below the thermocline. I've never experienced it myself but have heard of this phenomena before....

Actually it's about 30 feet high. Normal pool elevation is 1144.40 and as of today it is at 1174.69 ft.

Holy crap, as of 10 am there is 33,290 cfs of water flowing thru the Delaware river at Muscotah...that may mess up the fishing for awhile.

Throw them on ice and clean em later, keeps the fresh for a long time.

It's there it's just folded down as they often do when out of the water and not in use by the fish.

I'm not craig, but that is an easy one lol, most certainly a largemouth bass!

Thanks! Average size seems smaller than this time last year. I usually just catch and release the white bass but kept a few last summer and after cutting out the red they were surpisingly good.
