this time of year go to the hot water discharge cove on north end of lake either troll the breaklines bout 10 foot offshore around the banks, or bout 30 yards out from the hot water discharge cable...

around 60-65 degrees but spawn is usually prolonged at clinton cause water temp can vary 20 degrees depending on where you are at on the lake,. as for catching them you just fishing the wrong areas...
