Yes, it sure did delete the waypoints, but we had those stored so that's not an issue. The issue is that the GPS unit is still NOT responding. Haven't had time to do the update yet, tho.

I did a hard reboot. Do I still have to restore factory default settings even after doing that? It's still not working correctly after the reboot. The software version is 1.3. I found the update...

UH, It worked when we tried the above, but then when we got out on the water and turned on the unit, no GO. The screen shows it has 12 volts. The sonar works, but has gone back to the GPS module...

Ours is not in the rain. I did try cleaning the plugs and applying a thin film of dilectric "grease" and thought that fixed it as it worked for about 3 hours nonstop but now back to its old tricks...

Have had intermittent problems with the GPS side of the unit for the last few months and it frequently has the "GPS module not responding" type of message. The sonar part works perfectly. Ideas?
