I vote for stick guards ten times better in my opinion than fiber or wire weed guards. I figure the time I spend putting them on is about half of what I would spend getting unhooked. I use them...

Steve my wife has had both hands done, and she wishes she had had the operations sooner. Both are fine, no pain, and about 4-5 weeks to get back to full steam. Your wife won't be sorry.

Try Stick Guards instead of weedless jigs you won't be disappointed, I have used them for years, and wouldn't fish the brush without them.

Like I said Sac, the only time Minn-kota has worked for me was as a boat anchor:mad: Mine was a foot control and it seemed like every time I was on fish big time a cable, or a switch would break on...
