All depends where I am at and what I am doing! 1/32 up to 3/8..... 1/32 and 1/16 under a cork, heavier for dipping and out of the boat.

ragnar, it has been pretty slow for a month now... and with them turning the ice eaters on it won't get better any time too soon.

Doc, I have seen them covering several shorelines that I frequent there. I am not at very many places that have them, so I have no comparison.... all I know is they suck!

I have been out a few times, but mostly refilling jig boxes and fly boxes that got cleaned out this spring. I have some sweet looking bucktails and a few new ideas that need to get "field tested"...

Depends on the technique and what the fish are after. Some flies, I use lead wraps underneath to add weight, some I don't, and some I use beads!
