I have been out lately and the fishing has been terrible in the river and mid-lake.

Right now anywhere you can access the lake that has a few stumps or laydowns is a good spot to try. Depending on cold fronts and sunshine will determine if the fish are there or not.

All of Shelbyville is opened up. You might find a thin layer in the backs of coves, but other than that you should be good.

Wolf creek has a dock in right now I know. Don't know about eagle.

I would look for brush or standing trees in 8-10 ft of water starting off. If the sun comes out the will probably move to the 4-6 ft range. Maybe try a few different colors to see what's working...
