Crappie- 9" limit most places, 10" on a few others. Daily limit 15, Pos. limit 30
I believe most other panfish fall under a 20 fish aggreagate limit. -

If i'm in thick stuff i'll go with 15# spider wire. It comes in 4# diameter so it works well in my tackle and the snag usually breaks off before the line does.
