So my trim device is not working. It is in the down position, but will not go up. I can hear the motor trying to function when pushing the down button and its bottomed out, but nothing on the up...

I started the seafoam process. Removed the plugs to take a look. I don't have much experience with plugs, but these looks no good. Even so not sure if this plug condition could contribute to in Gear...
