Windy afternoon at Wappanocca. 30 trucks at the ramp…. Managed to pick up a few good gills. Fished around the trees with crickets.

I have fished it once in the summer for Redear/Shellcracker. We used 1/32 head with a tiny black grub thrown up against the rocks.

Not sure about the crappie... very nice lake. 9.9 limit.

Got any tips for them redears on Norfork? I get up there every now and then. My mother lives near George’s Cove.
