Ragfly, you are spot on as to where the fish are. We fished Smoak Bridge Saturday night and did very well. We anchored in 14 ft of water beside the bridge around 7:30 PM and fished until around 2 AM....

Trolled the curtain today from 1030 to 1 and cought 7 good ones. Only saw one other person catch a fish. I guess I'm lucky! Lots of throwbacks. Surface temp 54 F. East wind at about 10 made it tough.
