Ok thanks John. The guys I ordered from told me they use contact cement. But warned me to be sure I had carpet pre-fitted or it'd be tuff to get it back up. Lol. I will probly use it.

Ok. Found new Yamaha controls, carpet and cables online. Way cheaper than marine store. Got new trailer Jack and winch and lights from Moores in Pontotoc . Will get outdoor carpet glue from hardware...
