I'm not fond of lowering the crappie limits. They reproduce in huge numbers, and I cannot understand the thinking behind it.

They are in Hartwell - thats a fact. Also try a silver/chrome Rattle Trap - Ive even heard of weighting these down with a spiltshot to get them to the Wall-eye.
