ok i think i am well qualified to answer on this thread lol!!! i boil crabs for 5-7 minutes and i let them soak in the seasoned water for 8-10 minutes! your meat wont get mushy and the crabs will...

everybody need to try this! cut your backstraps into medallions (like mini steaks) about 1/2 inch thick. soak them in Tiger Sauce for about an hour... then drop them in seasoned flour and fry till...

i hook mine through the eye, in the socket at the backside of the eyeball there is a small soft spot. it works great for me and ive used it for years..
