I shot docks saturday from about 12 until dark back under the crooked creek bridge and only caught 30 keepers with 2 fisherman. (not a very good day) and our biggest was probly 1 pound if that.

I use the platinum as well. They seem to do the best for me. They all work especially when you do all hooks with them.(front and Back of boat). The scent trail of smelly minnow can get some things...

I know a fella in Gray Ga that has them in 16,32nd. and has round heads and minnow heads. Excellent hooks i must say.

Was on the water a day break, water 52-58 degrees in the coves off the main channel. Color was red/black-blue chartruce. Caught 22 hogs from daylight to 12. Got back on the water at 4 and caught 5...

I know some people that shot docks today and caught about 45. they fished all around to get them though. The water was still right at the docks.

2 inch curly tail grubs work well down south. sure they would in Maryland too.

Oconee has never liked me. I have came off the lake with more goose eggs than fish. I have caught some good'uns though just a tough lake i reckon!

Trolling will still be effective. Just find where the fish are holding and get bright lures with some scent on them down to that depth. Good luck.

yOU CAN pretty much go back into any of the main feeder creeks and start trolling. sinclair is fisherman friendly. they are biting pretty much any color jig as well. you may have to cull through them...
