The E-Z will get hard, and as far as working with it keep your fingers, tools wet, It is like all other materials, the more you work with it the better your results, But does work, and holds up...

I have used EZ Sparkle for quite some time, Works well but you need to use several coats of Hard as Nails, And as far as fabric paint it is just that farbic paint.
