My thoughts exactly. Anyone that has fished there knows about the average size fish that is usually caught at horseshoe, thats why I said that guy must have a had a bunch of ice in his cooler.

For one guy to fill up 3 40qt coolers single pole fishing at horseshoe in one day, all I can say is he must have had alot of ice.

That exactly what I was thinking. Some marinas have signs stating how close you can fish, but the smaller docks I wouldn't think they could run you off. I don't know the exact regulations on this.
