Although I live fairly close to Birmingham, I prefer the Huntsville area.

I would rather fish a lake with too much grass, than a lake like Smith Lake with no grass. I live 10 minutes from a launch for Smith Lake, but usually drive 1.5 hrs to Guntersville.

I haven't been up there in a few weeks. You still catching a few at night?

I was my first time fishing at Guntersville and based on your previus posts about Town Creek we gave it a shot. There were 3 boats fishing, including us. We managed 12 keepers, with a few cartags...

Did you fish Town Creek bridge, Friday night? I was there from 8p-12a.
