I can testify to that! I fish blewett falls..that lake eats alot of lower units. I hit one last week :( (somewhere I knew I should'nt be..but I was!) took a chunk out of my lower unit...Power tilt...

All of mine had eggs at Tillery and Blewett last week...some were not very swollen..but they had small egg sacks. Most were caught in 12-17 feet.

I fished on Tillery Saturday...We scrubbed out a few over ten inches. the real action seemed to be with the Bass guys..tearin' up everywhere. High point of the trip was seeing a pair of nesting...

12 mph is not so bad...25 to 30mph..find a good book. But....usually there is somewhere on a lake that offers some protection from the wind. Know your lake and wind directions...sometimes calm...

Lots of fish are still deep..alot of good fishing is still to come :). It was a coooold winter.
