I use a recipe similar to this but substitute Miracle Whip for the mayo and use cream cheese instead of the buttermilk. The cream cheese makes a very creamy and smooth texture.

Anyone know a good mechanic on Wateree? I have a 90 hp Merc and a 50 hp Honda that need servicing. The guy I have used in past years is just totally unreliable.

My current rig is a Tracker Targa 17 with a 90 Merc. It is good for all round fishing and I use it for bass, catfish, striper and crappie. I sometimes wish I could have the room of a pontoon however....
