I think this is an increasing problem. I see it more all the time. There are regulations about passing close to other boats at speed that causes unsafe conditions.

I'm with you Creekslick I really like my Lews rods. The first one I bought was a Wally Marshal Bass Pro rod. Ive had it for about ten years and never a problem.

My wife got a hook buried up in her finger once and I used the string method. She wouldnt watch while I did it and she didnt even know when the hook came out.

It was a great day. We had a good time regardless of the gar.

Looks delicious. I have fixed duck breasts in the oven wrapped in bacon and brushed BBQ sauce.

Took my dad out yesterday. We picked up a few good ones when we could keep the gar away.

They were small but I got my first double this weekend. Sorry the pic is sideways I couldnt figure out how to rotate it.

I caught a decent mess of crappie this weekend and about half of them still had eggs in them. The water has been up and down all spring and I'm guessing they just didnt spawn. Is anyone else seeing...

RCC I agree with you. Pressure can really hurt smaller bodies of water. One of the oxbows I fish was awesome 2 years ago. The access wasnt great and you had to pay to launch but it was well worth it....
