Have to agree with bigfish5. mann's black grape jelly worm still the best. texas rig with little or no weight.

I second the craft stores. Personally never had problems with colorfastness of feathers. Pick up the chenille at Gander or another similar place.

Put them out in the corner of my field and watch the buzzards fight over them. Cheap entertainment.

Try shallow coves and deeper water adjacent to them.

Used alot around here too for walleye....sized up a little bit also. Had some extra beads and blades I got at a garage sale and thought I'd give it a shot. Who knows....May be the next big thing!

I will definitely do that. Gonna be a while though....At least another few weeks or so. Lakes still have plenty of ice on them. Others still let me know if you've used them. Thanks.
