Made by Humminbird for Basstracker probably in the early 2000s. I took it off my old boat when I upgraded electronics and it's just been sitting around my garage. Nothing fancy, but works...

I have 2 seats and bases for spider rigging. They are swivel mounted on quad stand pedestals. I believe the seats themselves are older version of the Tournament Pro Lo Back sold by Bass...
