Ameren just reopened the gates at the dam, they are drawing the lake down to 654.0. Fishing is going to be kinda tough for awhile.

Go to bassboatcentral.com They have a used boat forum there. Lots of better used boats (low hours, warranty left and bigger, bigger is better on LOZ) on there in your price range than what you are...

Nicest mess of fish I"ve seen come out of LOZ this year..

I think for the most part they do a good job. I just wish they would pay your comprehensive deductible when a deer causes 4-5k in damages on average to your vehicle when they run out in front of...

Lucas slick mist is good, I use bass boat saver, wipe down after each time out. really helps protect finish

MFA exchange had them this summer for 6.35/pound

Try your local MFA exchange/feed store. They have fish days ever so often and sell bulk. I buy 100lbs once a year to put in my lake.

The night fishing looks good!!! How about the daytime bite? Anything going on there yet around the banks or or they still over brush for the most part?
