Default Lost A Good Friend Today

Sadly, I lost a good friend that loved crappie fishing. He and I met ALOT of times on the water and ragged each other as well as helped each other when needed. Fluffy, being a pretty healthy guy, had covid @ 3-4 weeks back and from what I found out this afternoon he had a blood clot that took his life. It just about took my breath away when I got off work this evening to find this out on my way home. Fluff was 52 years old, loved hunting, fishing, and family. His son and daughter-in-law just had his first grandchild a couple months ago. Fluff and his wife just built and moved into a new house in the country in "my neighborhood" and he was so glad to be out of town and into the country. He was setting his life up the way he wanted it looking forwards to retirement in the future.

It's still a shock to me so I know it is for the family. Tonight when you get a chance say a prayer for the family. I'm sure theyre gonna need all you have.

I very recently lost three good friends... all my age... which certainly sends one a strong reminder of the "shortness" and "fragility" of life.
One of these long-time friends is the one who hung me with my handle "Special K" many years ago. He too will certainly be missed.
I'm very sorry for your loss Butch. Prayers and condolences to family and friends are sent.
