    Default Lake Wylie hazards

Going to Wylie for the first time. Wondering if there are any navigation hazards similar to Wateree (standing flooded timber like the back of Dutchman’s creek)? Thanks

Nothing like Wateree. A few shallow spots. But they have markers . Way to back of some creeks have rocks or stick ups. But you will be very shallow by then. Just keep eye out for those moving hazards! Water lice, wake boats , and those green carp guys. Have a good trip.

Be careful in front of Beaver Dam. Big rockpile use to have 3 buoys now only have one. Right now not issue but if water gets low.

Also Navionics have a free web page to look at lake one foot contours.
