they are indeed my favorite flounder bait when you strip them into long pieces........after 30 years now i end up eating 1/2 my bait !!

Filet them a soon as you catch them and cook as soon as possible. I like them, just have to be fresh. Keep them on ice as soon as they hit the boat. Put up a good fight and fairly easy to catch when they are feeding.
