So do the "flushes" from virtually all of the shrimp trawlers, oyster fishermen, crabbers, and rec fishermen - if the need arises. But, you gotta go when you gotta go.
On a more positive note, in areas with good water transfer, the accumulation of fecal coliforms is not bad and at times is hardly detectable.
So don't sweat eating the fish - especially the smaller ones. Just watch where your oysters come from!
And try to take care of "business" before you leave the dock! :D
