Howdy boys! Even though I am a crappie fisher, I also fish for rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout, catfish, and when I go to Florida (where I grew up) I fish my old haunts in Sarasota Bay for Specs and Reds and an occasional jaunt into the Gulf for some mackrel, kings or grouper. Hope to learn a few tricks here too. I'm glad to share my 50+ years of knowledge of saltwater with anyone who asks. Tight lines.

I fish mainly the Aucilla/Ecofina river areas. But in summer will hang around Shell Point/Bald Point areas.

Good Stuff, the smaller black drum (up to about 5 lbs) are good eating but the bigger ones like Johnny has pictured there are full of worms. He kept these for a buddy to cut up and use for catfish bait. They worked good too, maybe Johnny will post the picture of the catfish they caught with them. I am running out of time or I would look for them for you.
