New limits in Louisiana

Speckled Trout : 15 per day total creel ....minimum length 13 inch....can only possess 2 over 20 inches as part of the 15 daily creel.

Redfish : 5 per day total creel... 16 inch minimum length..... can only possess 1 over 27 inches as part of the daily creel.

Black drum : same as redfish.
